Founder & Chartered Accountant

 

James is the founder of Violorn Business Solutions and a Chartered Accountant (ICAS) with extensive experience supporting businesses across a wide range of industries.

Throughout his career, James has held senior finance positions including Finance Director, Finance Manager and Financial Controller, working with owner-managed businesses, multinational organisations and private equity-backed companies.

 

His experience includes budgeting and forecasting, management reporting, financial planning, cash flow management, business performance analysis, systems implementation and finance transformation.

 

Rather than simply reporting historical results, James works alongside business owners to help them understand the financial drivers behind their business, identify opportunities for improvement and make informed strategic decisions.

 

His approach is straightforward, practical and focused on helping businesses become more profitable, improve cash flow and achieve sustainable growth.
